Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software solutions using Java, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features aligned with business objectives
- Write clean, testable code and conduct thorough code reviews
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize application performance
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and contribute to technical documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practices
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional software development experience with modern frameworks
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Python, or C#)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
