Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and perform rigorous testing (unit, integration, and system testing) to ensure high product quality.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technical vision of the product.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into existing systems to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and RESTful API design.
- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards teamwork and mentorship.
