- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve our product.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#).
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate, Sequelize).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward team collaboration.
