Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions for our core products.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and technical strategy sessions to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs, optimize application performance, and ensure system reliability.
- Conduct unit testing and integration testing to validate software functionality.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones.
