Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Remote Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers in a distributed environment.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and internal standards.
- Testing & Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects to ensure optimal application performance.
- Feature Implementation: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver features on time.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile planning sessions to drive team growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular, and experience with backend technologies like Node.js or Python.
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with excellent time management and communication skills.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
