Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop scalable, high-performance software applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting regular code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues, optimize application performance, and implement efficient algorithms to enhance user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and stability.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation and API specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java, with experience in front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
