Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Java, Python, and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and product roadmaps
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical documentation
- Optimize system performance and implement security best practices
- Contribute to open-source projects and stay current with emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years professional development)
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Java/Python/JavaScript)
- Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to architect complex systems
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating significant full-stack projects
