Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based SaaS applications using microservices architecture
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize AWS infrastructure for 99.9% uptime
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement ceremonies
- Conduct thorough testing including unit, integration, and performance testing
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for production support
- Drive technical innovation through POCs and emerging tech evaluation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Java/Python/C#)
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases and RESTful APIs
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Strong problem-solving skills and system design capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
