Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
- Ability to relocate to Ohio (Relocation assistance provided).
