Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and drive product vision.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure product stability and performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a remote-first culture.
