Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth and code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security standards are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in software development using languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
