Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software applications for our enterprise clients.
- Maintenance: Maintain and optimize existing codebases to ensure maximum uptime, security, and performance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, and Design) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Debugging: Debug complex technical issues and resolve production challenges with minimal supervision during your shift.
- Code Quality: Participate in rigorous code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions to improve system reliability.
- Documentation: Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Proven experience in software development using languages such as Java, Python, C++, or Go.
- Cloud & Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or similar).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
