Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for our core enterprise platform.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues that occur during high-traffic periods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and architectural improvements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior engineers.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system stability during night shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++ with strong knowledge of backend frameworks.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Relocation eligibility is required for this position.
