Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and debug complex software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define feature requirements and system architecture.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation and standards.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues during night operations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement security best practices and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions within the night shift team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in at least two core languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Must be available to work night shift schedules (e.g., 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Willingness to relocate to Raleigh, North Carolina (Relocation assistance provided).
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
