Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust software applications using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or C#).
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, and documentation.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues that arise during night-time operations to ensure system uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, and Support) to define feature requirements and improve user experience.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to handle high-volume data processing.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, security standards, and adherence to architectural patterns.
- Contribute to the automation of deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages and experience with SQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Availability and willingness to work the Night Shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Must be eligible for and willing to relocate to Mesa, Arizona.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
