Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Night Operations: Support critical system monitoring, maintenance, and deployment tasks during night shift hours to ensure 24/7 uptime.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Debugging: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA and DevOps, to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a related role.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript).
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating Night Shift schedules.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Kansas City, MO (Relocation assistance provided).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
