Key Responsibilities:
Architect and maintain high-quality, scalable backend and frontend systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features efficiently. Debug and resolve complex technical issues during peak operational hours. Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement best practices for security and performance. Optimize existing applications for speed and scalability. Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations for critical infrastructure support. Document technical specifications and system architecture for future reference.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, C++, or Go. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11 PM - 7 AM). Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
