Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our core platforms using modern languages and frameworks.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve critical bugs during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handovers and alignment on project goals.

- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure immediate response to system alerts and incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java or Python (or equivalent languages).
- Experience working in a Night Shift or 24/7 operations environment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
