Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-performance software solutions tailored to our client needs using modern technologies.
- System Optimization: Refactor legacy code and optimize backend systems for maximum efficiency during off-peak hours.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision to ensure business continuity.
- Collaboration: Engage in daily stand-ups and code reviews with remote team members via digital channels.
- Testing: Execute rigorous unit and integration testing to ensure product stability and security.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, concise technical documentation for all developed features and systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
