As a key member of our technical staff, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high availability platforms and developing next-generation software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software solutions and APIs.
- Optimize application performance and scalability during off-peak hours.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps) to define feature requirements.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
- Maintain and secure databases and cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience working in Night Shift or rotating schedules is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid night shift environment.
