Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software code for our core platforms and applications.
- Perform system troubleshooting and debugging during off-peak hours to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Analyze technical requirements and propose scalable solutions to complex engineering problems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Ensure software security and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development (Java, Python, or C# preferred).
- Must be available and willing to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first hybrid environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Cleveland, Ohio (Relocation package included).
