Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Python, or Node.js
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate testing infrastructure

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Implement security best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Java/Python/Node.js)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
