Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Java, Python, and Go
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for high-availability systems
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Debug and resolve production issues with root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to microservices modernization initiatives
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming and software design patterns
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching strategies
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code
- Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
