Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Python, Go, and Kubernetes
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation with Terraform and Jenkins
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers during shift overlap
- Resolve production incidents using advanced monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic)
- Document architecture decisions and contribute to internal tech blogs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with cloud-native applications
- Proficiency in distributed systems design and event-driven architectures
- Expertise in CI/CD workflows and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex system troubleshooting
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (7PM-7AM)
