Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions using Java, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects on tight deadlines
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for continuous integration
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and architectural decisions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in software development with strong coding skills
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming and modern frameworks (React, Spring Boot)
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in night-shift environments
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration across global teams
