Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions supporting 24/7 global operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system architectures
- Lead troubleshooting and optimization of production systems during peak night shift hours
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive technical sprint deliverables
- Document system requirements and maintain technical specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset across time zones
- Previous experience in high-availability production environments preferred
