Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services supporting global e-commerce platforms
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes for automated deployments
- Lead troubleshooting and optimization of mission-critical systems during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via asynchronous communication tools
- Mentor junior engineers through our internal knowledge-sharing platform
- Contribute to 99.99% uptime SLAs through proactive monitoring and incident response

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python, Java, or Node.js
- Expertise in microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies
