Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java, Python, and Node.js
- Optimize database performance through SQL/NoSQL tuning and caching strategies
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Collaborate with global teams through Agile methodologies and Jira
- Troubleshoot complex production issues during peak traffic hours
- Contribute to code reviews and architectural decision-making
- Maintain documentation for APIs and system architecture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience with Java/Python
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
