Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-quality software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and drive product vision.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in existing applications to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee system reliability and stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) or back-end frameworks (Spring, Node.js).
- Database Skills: Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Cloud Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
