Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Perform thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance and code quality.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and uptime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the technical architecture and design of scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
