Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- System Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues to improve system performance and reliability.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Remote Collaboration: Work effectively in a remote-first environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
- Testing & Deployment: Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure robustness and oversee CI/CD pipeline processes.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for all developed systems and APIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java, along with experience in React or Angular.
- Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on writing clean, efficient code.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
