Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement robust, scalable software features using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and refactor existing codebases to improve performance, security, and reliability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Node.js) or Java/Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote work environment with strong communication skills.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
