Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and testable code while optimizing application performance and ensuring responsiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform thorough code reviews and unit testing to identify and resolve bugs before deployment.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and user guides to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
- Deployment: Participate in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes to automate and streamline the delivery of software updates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Database Skills: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Ability to work effectively in both remote and on-site environments.
