Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliverables.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure system stability; troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor application performance and optimize code for speed, scalability, and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Programming: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go).
- Frameworks: Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Django, Spring).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
