Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for our Equity Options trading platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system scalability under high load.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with React, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
- Understanding of Financial Markets or Equity Options is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
