Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes.
- Conduct thorough debugging and testing to ensure high availability and reliability of our systems.
- Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with equity compensation structures is a plus.
