Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software solutions for Equity Options execution engines.
- Optimize existing codebases to minimize latency and maximize throughput in high-volume trading environments.
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts to translate complex market models into scalable software architecture.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our trading platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and system architecture design sessions.
- Maintain strict adherence to financial compliance and data security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably within Fintech or high-frequency trading.
- Strong proficiency in C++, Python, or Java.
- Deep understanding of operating systems, memory management, and multithreading.
- Experience with Linux environments and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of Equity Options or financial derivatives is a strong plus.
