Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using modern languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and finance) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C#).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and caching technologies (Redis).
- Familiarity with financial systems or quantitative data processing is a strong plus.
