Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions that drive our product roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring zero downtime and lightning-fast load times.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Agile Methodology: actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure project success.
- Technical Leadership: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least one major language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript) and deep knowledge of modern frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js).
- Database: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Cloud: Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or Azure.
- Tools: Solid understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
