Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Develop responsive web applications with React and TypeScript
- Optimize database performance through PostgreSQL indexing and query tuning
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Conduct code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Troubleshoot production issues using Splunk and Grafana
- Document technical specifications with Swagger/OpenAPI
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least one JVM language (Java/Kotlin)
- Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript frameworks
- AWS certification (Solutions Architect or Developer)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating full-stack projects
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Omaha residency or willingness to relocate
