Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, .NET Core)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize database performance through SQL query tuning and indexing strategies
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain code quality standards
- Debug and resolve production issues with root cause analysis methodologies
- Document technical specifications and API endpoints using Swagger/OpenAPI standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years professional development)
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Proven track record delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced settings
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and code quality
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation to Milwaukee client sites
