Responsibilities
- Design scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for AWS-based deployments
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL clusters
- Lead code reviews and architectural planning sessions
- Develop RESTful APIs with gRPC and GraphQL
- Contribute to open-source initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java (multi-language preferred)
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures
- Proficiency with Docker, Terraform, and AWS services
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design
