Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and improve existing products.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and technical debt within the codebase.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical architecture discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Java, Python, Go, or C++.
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Boston, MA (Relocation assistance provided).
