Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using Java and Python
- Implement microservices architecture on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and documentation
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement performance optimizations
- Integrate with hardware components for embedded systems
- Contribute to agile development sprints and sprint planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to obtain US government security clearance (required)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
