Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using modern frameworks
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement scalable backend services and optimize database performance
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Drive continuous improvement through automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in object-oriented programming (Java, Python, or C#)
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in collaborative environments
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
