Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- System Optimization: Analyze existing systems to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for enhanced performance and user experience.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Technical Leadership: Participate in code reviews, technical architecture discussions, and mentor junior developers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience in a commercial environment.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least two modern languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C++).
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end development principles.
- Database: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
