Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA with clear severity levels
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Automate test cases using Selenium or similar frameworks
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality metrics
- Maintain test documentation and QA environments
Qualifications
- 2+ years of manual or automated QA testing experience
- Proficiency in bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Basic SQL knowledge for database testing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with web/mobile application testing
- ISTQB Foundation certification preferred
