Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and implement best practices for vulnerability mitigation.
- Optimize gas efficiency and transaction throughput for high-volume dApps.
- Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate blockchain logic into modern web interfaces.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of protocol development, from ideation to deployment and post-launch support.
- Stay abreast of the latest Web3 trends and contribute to technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years specifically in blockchain/Web3.
- Deep expertise in Solidity and familiarity with Rust or Go.
- Proven experience working with Ethereum (Mainnet/L2) and other EVM-compatible chains.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and security protocols.
- Experience with development frameworks like Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
