Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-performance smart contracts using Solidity and Rust, ensuring maximum security and minimal gas overhead.
- Lead the technical design of the 2026 ecosystem, bridging the gap between complex backend logic and intuitive user interfaces.
- Conduct rigorous code audits and security reviews to protect user assets and maintain platform integrity.
- Optimize decentralized applications for scalability across various Layer 2 and Layer 3 solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate high-level requirements into technical specifications.
- Contribute to open-source communities and drive innovation within the broader Web3 space.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 5+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in Blockchain/Web3 development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity, Rust, or Vyper, with a strong understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as React, Next.js, and Web3 libraries (Ethers.js, Web3.js, Wagmi).
- Experience deploying and managing smart contracts on mainnet (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
