Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end web development using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement responsive, accessible interfaces
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and SEO
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain robust testing protocols

Qualifications
- 5+ years professional web development experience
